Introduction and Scope of Services
SLIP A TRIP is engaged in the business of operating and managing the website www.slipatrip.com (hereinafter referred to as “website”), which is an online marketplace wherein potential customers of the website (including such persons booked and travelling along with such potential customers such as family, colleagues and friends, and persons who have registered on the website shall be hereinafter referred jointly to as “traveller/you/your”) can explore, compare and book travel packages online from a number of group trips/fixed departures listed by verified tour operators.
The “Services” comprise listings for Tours independently created by Tour operators in their own discretion and responsibility (each a “Listing”) as well as Content (as defined below) which are accessible at www.slipatrip.com including its subpages.
SLIP A TRIP is not an operator of Tours, nor is it a provider of Tours, nor a representative or proxy of any Tour operator nor an insurer. Slip A TRIP does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, manage or control any transportation, tour or travel services and does not act as an agent to the Travellers. SLIP A TRIP’S responsibilities are limited to exclusively facilitating the availability of the Services and serving as the commercial agent of each Tour operator.
SLIP A TRIP has no control over the conduct of Tour operators, Travellers, and other users of the Services. SLIP A TRIP cannot and does not control the content contained in any listings or the condition, legality or suitability of any tours. Bookings with the tour operators are made at the traveller’s own risk.

Applicability
These terms and conditions ("Terms"), which is amended from time to time, apply to all SLIP A TRIP services. By accessing, browsing or using the website, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms irrespective of a registration or certain use or way of access. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, services and all content (as defined below) vis-à-vis SLIP A TRIP and, where applicable, the Tour operators. Please carefully read these Terms and also the Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not fully agree to these Terms, you have no right to obtain information from or otherwise continue using the website and services. If you are using this Website and/or making travel reservations or bookings for another person you agree to inform that person about the Terms & Conditions that apply to the travel reservations and bookings you have made on their behalf, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto and these Terms of Use. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the Website (as well as for use of your account by others). You are responsible for any bookings and travel reservations made by persons under your direction or control. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or on your behalf, or by members of your household in using the Website is true, current, complete, and accurate. Without limitation, any exploratory, speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited.

Bookings and Payments
Bookings by Travelers with Tour operators
The respective Tour operator only, and not SLIP A TRIP, is solely responsible to the respective Traveller for honouring any confirmed bookings and making available any Tours reserved through the Services. The Operator is also responsible to provide all information legally required to the Traveller. If you, as a Traveller, choose to enter into a transaction for the booking of a Tour, you agree to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions associated with such Tour imposed by the Operator and will receive necessary information from the Operator only. You acknowledge and agree that SLIP A TRIP only acts as the commercial agent to the Tour operator and SLIP A TRIP accepts no liability arising from or related to any of your agreements with the Tour operator.

Payments by Travellers
You agree to pay for the “Total Cost” (including the price of the tour and, where applicable, taxes, levies and duties) for any booking requested, in accordance with the pricing terms set forth in the applicable booking page. The availability and price of a Tour can change any time until you have received a booking confirmation.
In case only the advance amount is payable at the time of booking, the due amount will be payable as stated in the Tour operator’s terms according to the booking page.
SLIP A TRIP in its own discretion collects (through third party payment processors) the Total Cost (as one payment or advance amount plus due amount) for and on behalf of the Tour operator as its commercial agent. You hereby authorize the collection of such amounts by charging any one of the payment methods as described on the website.

 

Limitation of liability for fault not attributable to SLIPATRIP:
You agree and acknowledge that SLIPATRIP will have the right of indemnification for any loss that may be caused to SLIPATRIP for any misuse of its Website, by you and SLIP A TRIP will have all rights to approach the appropriate court of law for enforcement of such rights.SLIP A TRIP and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns will not be liable for any loss that you may suffer due to rejection of your visa, hotel cancellation policies and/or any other policy of third parties service providers who are involved in the product that you purchase from SLIP A TRIP.
It shall be your obligation to ensure that your passport is valid and eligible for undertaking international travel. SLIP A TRIP and/or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents or suppliers and their respective successors, heirs and permitted assigns will not be liable for passport being declared ineligible for entry/exit during or prior to undertaking the international travel. Given below, are certain essential do’s and don’ts with respect to your passport:

Validity of passports should be at least 6 months from date of return;
Hand written passports will not be considered valid;
Passports must have barcode;
Passports should not be mutilated or tampered; and
Name on passport should match with name on other documents provided for visa.

Limitation on content usage:
Your use of any information or materials on this Website is entirely at your own risk, for which SLIP A TRIP shall not undertake any liability. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Website, meet your specific requirements.
You are restricted from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, performing, reproducing, publishing, licensing, creating derivative works from, transferring, or selling any information, software, products or services obtained from this Website. Reproduction of content from the Website is prohibited save and except in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these Terms of Use.
Unauthorised use of the Website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence. You shall solely bear the consequences arising out of the breach of any of the terms given above. Further SLIP A TRIP reserves exclusive rights to alter, modify, and delete any of the contents without giving prior notice to any person.

The Website contain materials which is either owned by, or licensed, to SLIP A TRIP. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics of the content displayed on the Website and App. From time to time, the Website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience for providing further useful information. They do not signify that we endorse the website. We, or our contractors, agents, owners, and employees are not responsible for the content or policies of such other websites to which our Website and App may link or use offers from. Please take time to learn about them as well.

 

Traveller Cancellations and Refunds
Once your booking is confirmed, the Total Cost of your Tour is subject to the cancellation and payment terms of the respective Tour operator. Please carefully read all the important information in the Listing, the booking page and your reservation confirmation for policies as applied by the Tour operator. Also, any Convenience Fee charged on your booking is non-refundable. A cancellation must be done via your “My Trips” page.
Any applicable refund to the traveller as per the respective trip’s cancellation policy will be refunded within a commercially reasonable time.

Promo Codes
SLIP A TRIP may in its sole discretion offer promo codes from time to time. Promo codes can only be used for bookings for tours and only one promo code can be redeemed per booking.
